Exchanges can be made within 7 business days of purchase in original packaging with original sales receipts. Exchanges can be of equal or greater value, but not of a lesser value. Customer must pay for return shipping labels.

 

If hair has been installed, combed, washed, or chemically processed, it cannot be accepted for an exchange. No exceptions.

 

We advise all clients to inspect the hair upon receiving it without opening the bundles to ensure our product is to your satisfaction. Please consult a licensed hair stylist for questions concerning styling, cutting or coloring of the hair.

SHIPPING POLICY

We use United States Post Office (USPS) for Standard 3-4 Day Shipping and UPS/ FEDEX for Overnight Shipping. Overnight Shipping is typically more expensive and can range anywhere from $40-$120 additional dollars depending on the location and weight of the shipment. All overnight orders must be placed by 1pm PST. No overnight orders will be shipped over the weekend. 

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, unless placed on a weekend, holiday, or off day. In the event an order is placed on either of these days your hair will be shipped the next upcoming business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email or text confirmation with your USPS, UPS or FEDEX confirmation tracking numbers. 

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days unless overnight shipping has been requested and paid for. The Pink Line cannot guarantee exact shipping days, however, overnight shipping is offered through Fedex/UPS and orders must be placed by 1pm PST the previous business day in order to assure overnight delivery.
